I just happen to agree with her on one single thing. If I ask a moderator a question on a moderator thread, I want a moderator answer. If I have more moderator questions, and ask them on a moderator thread, I still want a moderator answer. I don't care if we have 6 members that are Rhodes scholars and know the answers, I want a moderator.

Keep opinions in the other threads. That's where flames and opinions belong. Yes, Brinnie is guilty too. This is not about you or her. Preserve this topic/thread for the folks that need it.

And as far as free speech goes, it's just a catch phrase you guys throw around here, a myth, an urban legend to give the same illusion as a Welcome Mat.

I would love to know who "you guys" are. I have only edited posts where someone posts a link to another website, post a copyrighted picture, or moved threads due to spam or the thread owner's request. I also have not seen where Nigel has altered any posts, other than for reasons I have stated. We are moderators of this board, and this board only. So, your post is lost on me.

There have been many posts reported due to someone not liking what someone had to say. We do not delete posts on this board. The ignore option is provided to you for a reason. If you have an issue with anything I have just stated, feel free to contact the webmasters aka Manu and Laurel.

Here are the rules...You want them changed, you know who to contact. That's it...period

1. You must be 18 years or older to read or participate at Literotica.

Thank you Hun. I may just do that very thing. Haven't made my mind up yet. Your right, moderators are volunteers. We do not get paid, we just try to ensure the rules are not violated. I stated before and I will state again, that if someone has an issue with the rules of this board, then they can contact the site owners. Plain and simple.

I'm fairly new to the site and I remember comming across some directions for placing roses etc. I should have printed it out, but I didn't, and now I can't find it. Would appreciate your direction

The roses should show up when you click on reply...in a box on the right-hand side. Just click on the smilie or rose or cats, etc. in the box and it will appear in your post.

I know it may seem like that to you. But the only threads I have seen moved are ones that are in the wrong forum (moved from pics to playground or GB) or deleted because the were advertisments for web sites. And those are the only posts I have seen removed where copyrighted material was used that did not belong to the poster or that were advertisments.

We are all free to speak how we will. I just wonder how you have gotten such an angry outlook on the world. Yes, there are a lot of things that are wrong with this world of ours but maybe if you would take the time to look and reflect you could get to things that really need changing and do something postive about them instead of screaming "Injustice".

The only threads that get deleted are ones where the owner of the thread asks for it to be deleted, or as stated before, where they are moved because they're in the wrong section...or because it went against Lit rules (ie: posting things that were grabbed off other websites such as pictures, or are threads that direct you to other websites...usually ones you have to pay for)


This thread may be to ask moderators questions, but if others know the answers to things or can help out as well, then they are welcome to post here as well. Some of us have been here for quite a long time and can answer things when the mods cannot get here right away to answer.

I stand by the comments I previosly posted in another thread. I feel that Brinnie has done nothing to violate the rules of the board. He/She is not the best with grammer or spelling. I just feel that he/she is within the boundaries. That said...

I think one side of this argument would conceded if some sort of proof were posted somewhere within LIT.

Brinnie, How about a pic (It can be clothed) holding a current newspaper?

What type of proof would you care to see? The rules have always been on Lit. I never edited one thing Brinnie posted nor removed anything she posted.
