Hi, everyone!

I have a quick question. Does this website allow stories that involve murder plots or fictional characters committing murder?

I'm currently working on a story that includes a murder as part of the plot, and I'd like to make sure it doesn't violate the website's rules or content guidelines before I proceed.

I'd appreciate any clarification. Thank you!

I wrote a gender-swapped, modern day, Sherlock Holmes-homage novella which had the sexualized murder* of a woman British cabinet minister as its motivating plot element. I described the crime scene but not the crime. I even had an autopsy scene. This is all allowed.

* She was found bound, nude, and had been strangled with her own stocking.

Murder is okay as a plot line. Don't sexualise the actual deed - the motive can be as sexual as you like, but not the actual killing.

As others have said, yes, you can.

  • Sexualized death, “vore”, or “snuff” fiction. Characters are allowed to kill or die in stories, but the death should not be intended as sexually titillating.

You can find the content guidelines here:
https://www.literotica.com/resources/content-guidelines

You will need to read and understand these prior to posting your story.

I have a story where a character murders her rapist by freezing time (she has magical powers,) chopping him up into little pieces and hiding his bits in different places so he can't re-form when time starts again (he has magical powers too.) The scene itself is fade to black at the first strike but the murder is plotted out.

Murder/death can even happen during sexual activities, though you have to be much more careful there. The rule there seems to be that the murder itself cannot be glamorized or eroticized. In general, it's much easier if you fade/cut to black as @Katie_Mae suggests.

Absolutely. I wrote a horror story where the monster violently eviscerated multiple people. It's completely fine as long as you don't sexualize the violence.
