I have high testosterone levels but the ED still needs to be managed

I wonder what else affects it? I’m in the us and it’s pretty easy to get guys with erection issues checked out esp those without morning erections.
I’d be concerned if an erection med was working and then things changed that something medical was happening.

All the senior men: I’m a healthy, nearly 70 year old. I use Cialis which is awesome, love sex with my s/o it’s amazing, she’s incredibly orgasmic, and very open to really anything. The issue is, over the past few years I’ve found it more an more difficult to cum. Now, the last few times we’ve had sex, the fucking and sucking is amazing, but again, no cumming. That's a hard one to answer due to my relationship with my husband. Probably better than before I would guess, but libido is testosterone not estrogen.

70 here and still going at it. It's shrunk, doesn't have the big loads anymore but sometimes when I do cum it feels like I need to take a knee, super intense. Yes sometimes the little fella suddenly isn't into it but I've always taken care of my wife, and others with my tongue. I sometimes take a half of Cialis which gets me harder and last longer. I use the other stuff (viagra), and I've had the same issue on occasion. I don't actually mind that much, as I can enjoy prolonged sex and my wife can have a couple of orgasms. But, it bothered her, no matter how much I said I was enjoying it.
I found two things. First, I started taking just a little bit lower dose. In my case, about 20 mgs instead of 25, leaving a little extra from each pill. Second, if our sex is spaced out over 5 days or more, I can cum pretty reliably. And, after 50 years together, its not that mnuch of a challenge to have sex once a week.

just to be clear-er: I have absolutely no problem with “sperm production,” increasing semen, or ED. My issue is getting from point A to B….

That sounds very familiar.
There have been times when I felt totally spent, even though I didn't ejaculate.
But my wife really wants me to, both because it makes her feel that I am satisfied, and because she likes the feeling.

I also find that having a drink before sex, which used to be relaxing and helpful, now interferes not only with the erection but with finishing.
A little weed, on the other hand....
