Maybe see your doctor and get a PSA test. you should be having them fairly regularly anyway. An enlarged prostate can cause that (did for me).

I only see mine gyno a bit over once a year after she threatens to cut off my hrt if I don’t. I can call the offices and speak to a nurse, and to ask about switching meds, that’s what I did to get estring.
