I'd probably wince. It's one of those things that I don't find attractive at all, along with men who fully crossdress. In general, I'm turned-off by anything related to male-submission. However, I'd be willing to exploit my SO at least for comprehension's sake.

Exactlly! And no, I don't think it's hypocritical at all. It's called being open minded without having to like those things for yourself in my book. I'm the same. There are a whole lot of sexual acts I can sort of understand how they 'work' for other people. If they are both fine with it then have fun; I would never judge them.
