Question for the ladies....

IMO, when you love someone and have built a life together, you work things out if you can because of that love.
I agree with that, but....
He is still the same person with your panties on or not.
I don't agree with that one. Not if it's something that comes to light long time after you started the relationship. If your partner turns out to be a (totally) different person than you thought and he showed you in the beginning, you are the one that will have to adjust to something that you thought you did not have to deal with...
I simply don't understand being sickened.
That would depend. So we're all different. Him sniffing my panties? No big deal. He likes my scent (down there) and does tell me when he's giving me oral, which is a huge turn on for me. I would not like it if he did it (smelling my panties) all the time but the time when he told me he picked them up from where I dropped them to take a shower and the way he said it... I thought it was kinda cute... If he would find my panties under his pillow (which happens every once in a while when we've had sex) and then masturbates smelling them the next morning? Cute. If he would go to pick them out of the hamper..? Uhm... no. And I've said what I thought about him wearing them... so there you go...

We can agree to disagree but just because you find out something you didn't know about someone, even something they've hid from you, doesn't necessarily mean they are a completely different person that you thought. It simply means he is different in this one thing. *shrugs*

Sure, and you're right. I'm only saying that's what it would feel like to me. It's not just the panties most of the time though. And we're not talking finding out your man likes oranges and you never knew. I just would want my man to be a 'real' man, and him wearing my underwear or any other clothing item of mine just would not make him the 'real man' I thought he was. But that's just me.

What a person wears often has little to do with who or how manly they are to me but each to their own.

:rose: for Fury for summing up my own feelings so nicely. :)

I can see myself standing there with my mouth hanging open for a long moment and figuring out what is going on and then would probably rush to him and kiss him for reassurance. I'd worry about him being embarrassed and closing down on me more than a dress code. I imagine such a situation would be very very difficult on the person who has been caught in flagranty and I'd probably try to get him to talk about it and try hard not to judge but see and trust the person I was in love with. Haven't been there yet, but I strongly feel that understanding his motives and working things out would be our best bet in such a situation.

But that is just me, each person's comfort zone is different and of course can be stretched to different extents, I wouldn't tolerate and/or be supportive of every kind of kink either. But as long as it doesn't harm anyone, to each their own and hopefully a partner who shares and accepts their interests. :)

He would look a little strange wearing sheer black thongs (which is the only kind of underwear i own) but i probably wouldn't make a big deal of it. I have dated guys in the past who regularly dressed as women for fun, not much surprises me.

I'm glad you found my answer to resonate for you. I have been there and that's how I know that I'd react that way.
