This may sound obnoxious, but Italian. As in, Florence or Rome. Very thin, unbelievably flavorful - with tomatoes and veggies and herbs grown in that volcanic dirt we were debating at one point or other.

ha. I'll take it. I don't really dig east coast pizza. Er, I guess one of those is midwestern. I'm more into the ingredients, not the style.

I miss Shy. And Callinectes! I miss Quint, too.
I honestly don't think I have one. Anything with chocolate and caramel is usually good.
I hate to say this, again, but there's really nothing I've had in the states that can match authentic gelato.
I once had a red wine sorbet that was absolutely incredible.

Mmm, it's a tie between Haagen Daaz's Triple Brownie Overload and Ben and Jerry's Triple Chunk New York fudge. (Those names may not be accurate, it's been awhile). Basically anything with many types of chocolate. Baskins and Robins used to make a dark chocolates fudge and I would pair that with their chocolate peanut butter.

My sub used to work sales for a gelato company in philadelphia that has often been called America's best gelato. I've never been to Italy, but their stuff is outrageous and they do ship.
