Okay, I have let my hubby go anal on me. He is gentle, but, it still hurts. I will eventually have an orgasm, but, what I want to know is, how can I make it better so that I am able to enjoy it longer and more often. Right now, it's about once every 6 months or so. There is plenty of foreplay already and plenty of lube. I love the feeling once the pain is gone, but, it doesn't last but seconds after that for me.

Take control of the anal penetration. Get on top and lower yourself at your own pace. If you turn toward his feet, he'll get an even bigger thrill watching his cock in your ass. And it should be better for you if you're controlling how fast and how deep.

We always start with digital penetration followed by a small anal plug or dildo to help loosen me up. Relax and go slowly. If the muscles are not given enough time to relax it will be painful. You may want to try experimenting alone to see what works best for you.

anal sex

I know from my own experience that the rectum is not straight, it has turns that need relax before you shove something into, I say tell the dipstick to go slow, if for some reason he doesn't understand this, get a strap-on and use it on him, I will tell you he will understand after the first 2 inches is inserted and shoved in. Lots of lube, astroglide, and slow... Good Luck. Anal sex can be fantastic if done right,SLOW<LUBE,And SLOW.Hope you enjoy it as much as I do...

One important thing not mentioned was to bear down a little, like you are having a BM. That will open up that muscle.

Trust me, it helps

Just

Practice, then practice some more... it wil allways hurt just a little at first but that feels good. Do get a Strap-on he'll learn to love it :)

You may have gotten all of your answers, but I'm going to throw two more suggestions in because they were the difference between pleasure and pain for us.

1) At first, he doesn't move AT ALL. I start it by moving back toward him, then let him know it's okay to thrust once I'm comfortable and relaxed. I think this is mostly a mental trick; I don't anticipate pain and tense up if I know he's not going to move at the beginning.

2) I usually use a vibe (on my clit, then inserted to get the g-spot, which also feels awesome to him) during anal. Starting with a lot of pleasure and being distracted just enough that I don't focus on anal and tense up works wonders.

Using these techniques allowed us to start having positive, pain-free experiences, and knowing it wasn't going to hurt helped me relax and enjoy it even more. Silicone lube also added a new level, so that might be something to consider if you're currently using water based. :)

Wait, I got confused. So you like the feeling once the pain is gone, but then the pain comes back?

And you want to know how to stop the pain from coming back so you can enjoy it?

Just want to make sure we're answering the right question, although maybe everyone else got it from the begining :)

NOT a good idea to numb that area - you can't feel if you're being hurt, but you'll certainly feel it once it wears off.

See this thread for a first-hand exprience with anal-eeze:

Agreed. If it hurts, then you are not doing right. Take more time to warm up the area with fingers and lube, have the lady relax a bit more, then try again... but don't use a product that numbs.
