Looks as if you've been having some fun and posting some wonderful pictures.

Hope you're enjoying your sunday.

Night Blooming Cereus

This is a departure from the type of pictures you usually see in my thread.

I have a Night Blooming Cereus plant that was given to me in 1993. It blooms only at night, opening after dark and wilting before morning. It's a desert plant and I don't get blooms every year, it likes lots of sunlight, and I didn't expect any this year since we've had an unusually rainy summer with lots of cloudy days. However, it had other ideas. There are 8 buds on it this year, 4 or 5 of them will open tonight and the remainder should open tomorrow night. I'm going to try to stay up long enough to get a picture of it fully open.

This picture was taken at about 7:30 P.M. CST. I'm going to take them in one hour intervals.

Beautiful!

These are related to the Christmas Cactus, dunno if goats like them or not. I'd be glad to send you a start if you want. My ex-SIL keeps hers in the house in a sunny window, I like to move mine outside in the summer but it's not absolutely necessary.

All went well. Just two small cuts to insert screws and he was done. Lot of pain though!!

Yeah, I broke my right wrist about 4 years ago, they had to put 3 pins in it. They gave me good pain pills, tho, and some good advice...stay ahead of the pain, it's easier to keep it down than to bring it down after it gets out of control.

Y'all have a good day, now.

:kiss::rose:

Great flower pics:rose: I love yours too:heart: I would really like to get a start of your Epiphylum. Is it very fragrant? It is said to be. I have a beautiful red one that blooms during the day and when I could figure out how to post pictures here I will:confused: Wonder if someone can share the secret or assist;).
