Ready to share

Recreationally although I competed in my first half marathon this year. Wanted to get in shape and improve my stamina...;)
Very nice. I never went that far, the metric mile being my limit. Kudos to you... and I it looks like it really did help you to get in shape.

But you know, good sex twice a day does the same thing, and it's far more enjoyable. ;) :D

Like I say I have stamina......cross training is good ;)

I think you would make a very good workout partner. And you know, they say it's possible to get a good workout in any room of the house, while you're doing everyday things. We should really test that theory.
 
So where would we start?...;)
Well, the family room, of course. There's so many different things we could do on the furniture. Plyometrics on the couch, stretching on the carpet, weightlifting on the armchair, cardio on the coffee table...
