That depends on how much one has to spend on dinner, doesn't it?

Down South, mac&cheese can be one corner of a square meal; one corner is the "meat" or protein, one corner is the starch, the other two are veggies, though 'taters are often classed as a veggie instead of a starch.

Calling a powered cheese product is definitely stretching the definition of protein, but I get where you're coming from.

It's never considered a protein. Depending on what part of the South one is in, it's either a starch or a 'veggie' (which is also quite a stretch).

Looking at some of these nauseating pics, especially at 6 am, was not such a great idea. I couldn't help it tho, like looking at an accident while driving, you don't wanna but you just do.
