That would depend on your daily routine, if you live alone, and who can (as in allowed) see them or not. You can, for instance also find phrases and goals like that and put oneliners in your outlook agenda like they are appointments with reminders so one pops up every day or week. Of course you need to use an outlook agenda first and on a regular basis
