Sure you can smoke safely in the back yard. There is a 6 foot tall fence, that is 2 meters tall. No one can see over it. Its a fake stone so they cant see threw it. Most the homes around here is all one floor so you could go out nude if you wanted to and no one would know. Why do you think you can't go outside late at night? Is there some rule from where your from where its not allowed?

Its a fenced in yard, that is hard plastic. If your going to run into a psycho it will be more likely at your place of study rather then this nice and quite area. You would be at more risk in the light of day in the crowd then in the back yard with the 6 foot fence. If someone did happen to jump the fence, then to get you out of it. They would have to lift you up and over it so lifting you over there head. Like I said we don't get allot of traffic so strangers don't really roam here. Its a working family area so we don't throw parties and get loud.
