This house has central air. It takes are from all the rooms, cool or heats it depending what mode it is, then pumps the air all threw the house. So if you smoke in your room. It will get sucked up into the vent and pumped all threw the house. Also the smoke can drift out threw the door of the bedroom. So if you smoke, by doing it outside. The smoke will not be in the house at all. We can get a chair you can lay down and stretch out in for the back yard if you want to lay and relax as you smoke.

You are renting the room. Most folks have there own bed and clothing. Your rent covers the power, food and water your using here.

They are set up for it as they have folks planing to come with out a bed. Here, I am expecting folks to have there own bed and dresser with clothing. I think most would plant to move out of there parents house before doing so. In your case coming from out of the country. I can see why you would want to buy one here rather then ship it. If I was you I would put the 400 in saving this month and sleep with me. Then next month you will have 800 for both.
