it's his modus operandi:
he was deeply pissed at SCOTUS judges temporarily blocking his deporting prisoners to Venezuela, reposting something obviously a dog-whistle/threat against the judges.
he's determined that threats have worked in the past for him, seeing colleges and more cave to his demands because of them... now it's being aimed at the judges, nationwide. Do as he says or be afraid, very afraid.

yeah, saw that yesterday but was too busy taking care of H to have time to talk about it. That's a VERY important clause in the bill... one everyone should be against or purely ethical (let alone moral or constitutional) grounds
