OOC: I'm looking for a detailed dominant guy to play the role of my older step brother, I need someone who can be rough and controlling, but sweet and gentle at times.

Name: Hannah
Nickname: Annie
Age: eighteen
Height: 5"2
Looks: long dark brown/almost black hair, large brown eyes, slim and petite 32B, lightly tanned skin.

My mum married your dad just one year after I was born, I had grown up with you, when I was a baby you were often the one looking after me as our family was never very close, so I naturally became very dependant on you, following you around and hanging on your every word, but you always let me. You were my main parental figure. Due to your constent guidence and supervision I remained very sweet and innocent the entire time, as I wasn't allowed to date and I never questioned it because I had you.

However the small town life, was never for you and three years ago you left to live in the city, part of me had hoped you would ask me to come along, but I was far to young, and you told me you had to get things sorted first. Naturally I was devastated the only thing keeping me going was the constant phone calls and emails I recieved from you, but It wasn't the same and I missed our time together.

Your coming home for a visit, but decide not to tell me.

IC: I sit outside on the old swingset, relaxing in the warm night air, it felt good to have the house to myself for once, our parents had left on vacation last night and of course I wasn't invited, so it was just me for the next two weeks.

I sigh as I look out onto the grass, life isn't turning out quite how I expected, sure I was content with my life here, but no I wasn't happy. I guess now I can understand why he left all those years ago. Resting my feet on the cold hard patio, I push backwards giggling as I swing back and forth.

Ben shifted gears as he turned east onto the long gravel road leading to the home he grew up in. The sun was beginning to set behind him; he had had a long drive from the city of Reddick, where he had found work with a small crew of athletes and martial artists who did stunts for low-budget movies. He liked doing it; it offered him something outside of the life he saw in his hometown, of which the main economic sustenance was marijuana. There wasn't much outside of working at the oil refinery or the retail stores, and Ben had always been what Annie called a 'free spirit'.

Oh, Annie. She was the closest thing to him as he could get, even though they weren't related. She was his greatest partner in crime, and he always relied on her to tag along. When she was old enough to be useful in his schemes, he initially had to make her come with him to wherever there was trouble to be made. She complained and didn't want to be involved, and usually seemed annoyed; she either grew accustomed to being his assistant or started enjoying it, but they became inseparable in their later childhood.

Ben reminisced about the later teenage years while his headlights crawled up the smooth, concrete driveway to the garage and the front porch. He set his car in park, turned off the lights, and drew the key from his blue Mazda Miata, grabbing at a large duffel bag in the passenger's seat before opening the door. He stepped out and walked slowly in front of the porch swing, and looked toward the faint figure of his little sister through the dusk.

"What're you doing?"

I gasp as the large figure suddenly steps infront of me, one foot pressing down on the floor to stop the swing. As I squint in the darkness.. no It couldn't be.

A familiar voice travels through the air; oh but apparently it was. "What you doing here?" I ask, ignoring your earlier question as I just stare at you in complete and utter shock, why wouldn't you tell me you were coming home.

I stand up, taking a few steps forwards and closing the short distance between us as I fling my arms around you, hugging you too me tightly, relaxing into your arms, enjoying the feeling after so long, I bury my face in the crook of your neck "I missed you so much" I murmer quietly.

He wrapped his free hand around his sister when she embraced him, allowing her to melt onto his torso any way she wanted to. He knew she would miss him, and had indeed missed him, but she was letting him know just how much.

"Yeah, I figured," He rubbed her back gently to comfort her as he took in her smell. She held onto him tightly, even when his arm began to ease itself. He continued to hold her the best that he could before he whispered back to her. "Where's mom and dad?"

I can't help but giggle, I should have expected that type of response from you, it was very rare that you expressed those kind of feeling at least to me.. I thought you might have changed, seeing as though you had been away for so long, but no here I am telling you I missed you and you answer with a 'yeah I figured'

"You're supposed to say 'i missed you too' " I tease softly as I lean up, pressing a small kiss to your cheek, yes it was good to have you back. I pull away from you.

"There on vacation" I say in a dismissive manner. Abruptly putting an end to any further questions.

"So what are you doing here? How long you back for? Are you coming home?" I ask, getting out all of my questions at once as I wait for your answer.

Ben looked around wearily, taking note of the environment as best as he could through the dusky darkness. There wasn't much to look at; the grass needed cut, the trees were dying for winter, and one of the rain gutters needed to be re-attached to the house. He bounced up and down for a moment, realizing that his 44oz Pepsi had passed through his guts quickly and was waiting to be re-dispensed via a visit to the bathroom. He halfway ignored the questions that Annie was gunning him with, visibly showing that his mind was somewhere else.

"I guess I'm on vacation, too, is the door locked? I've got a date with the toilet."

I sigh as I look up at you, but accept you answer rather reluctantly, I suppose I could get it all out of you later.

"So I assume your staying here?" I ask a small smile playing on my lips as I walk back up to the house, glancing over at you, realising that you are following close behind. Reaching under the mat, I grab the key from underneath, where it has always been, luckily there wasn't much crime around here so it was perfectly safe.

Sliding the key in and unlocking the door, as soon as we enter, I take your bag from you "I'll go put this in your old room" I say, not giving you a chance to answer before disapearing upstairs.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm staying here," He followed her inside, stepping fast to get to the bathroom next to their staircase.

He let his bag drop into her hands without stopping. He heard the old stairs creak under her weight as she went upstairs, and he stepped inside the small bathroom with a hand on the doorknob. He swung it shut and, as he began exhuming his soda, he wondered what he had missed. He left when Annie was 15; there was so much he wanted to know. His mind drifted to engaging with her, learning about her life, making up for walking out those years ago for his own personal satisfaction. He wouldn't apologize, but he didn't feel good about it.

He flushed the toilet and followed after Annie, lifting his feet up the 17 steps that seemed so foreign to him. They were a lot smaller than he remembered them being; the hallway seemed shorter, and the door to his bedroom was whiter. Maybe mom had done some painting; he saw his bag on his old bed, but most of his stuff was missing. He called out to his sister, wherever she was.

"Hey, Annie, what happened to my stuff? It get packed or something?"

I take your bag up to your bedroom.. well your old bedroom, after you left most of your stuff was sold or given away. I sigh as I enter the room, placing the bag on the bed, briefly thinking about unpacking it, but deciding against it, your stuff was private and I probably wouldn't be that helpful since there was no where to put it.

I grab some sheets out of the closet, quickly making your bed up, ready for you to sleep in tonight. As soon as I am done, I leave, going back to my room.

But just a few minutes later I hear your voice, sighing I stand walking back to your room and leaning in the doorway, watching you.

"They got rid of it.. I suppose they thought you wouldn't have much use for it" I say with a small shrug, I had objected to it, but I was simply reminded you weren't coming back.

Ben sighed and sat down on his bed. It was made up with what looked like new sheets; definitely ones that weren't on before. He studied the shag carpeting from when the house was built; he always liked the feel of it on his feet, which prompted him to unlace his boots and attempt to take them off.

"Well, that's okay, I guess; it's just stuff."

He rubbed his eyes hard to try and keep himself awake.

"Well, I'm gonna be hanging out here for a little while. I wanted to get away from all that city stuff; I missed home." He looked up from the floor at Annie. "Just you and me then, huh? What're we gonna do while I'm here?" He began kicking at the heels of his boots to try and get them off.

I watch on with amusment, biting back the many remarks I can think off as I walk over to sit next to you on the bed, I was going to make an effort to be nice, If I was you might stick around for longer.. at least that's what I hope will happen.

I lay back on your bed, my head sinking into the pillows. "Well you're going to start by telling me how much you missed me" I say with a smile, as I glance over at you. "And then we can do whatever you want" I suddenly shake my head, taking it back "aslong as I approve" I add, remembering the countless times you got me into trouble when we were younger, but that can't happen anymore, I'm eighteen a legal adult.

I finally realise how tired you look and sigh "maybe you should go to bed?" I ask.

Ben reached over to Annie and took his hand in hers, caressing it gently as he smiled at her.

"I just got home, why would I want to sleep when we've got so much to talk about?" He pulled at her arm, trying to sit her up. "What have you been up to? What all have I missed?"

I smile up at you, reluctantly sitting up on the bed, crossing my legs so that I'm comfortable.

I sigh "as you always said, nothing goes on around here" I say sadly, the truth is we were very different, you never could be tied down to one place, whereas I loved it here, so calm and peaceful, i guess that's just how we are different. However, if I had the oppurtunity I would leave everything just to be with you "and I'm applying to college's now.. I just have no idea where I want to go IF I even want to go" I confess.

"But enough about me, what's been going in your life?" I ask.
