Did someone say, "Nice guys, turn left and cough."? :)

Feels like a line up to me,,
Only if I get to do the examination part- this could be fun after all! ;)

Oooh, cold hands, warm balls; cold hands, warm balls, oooh, oooh! :)

This is strange, because though I don't profess to know well the hearts of all the Lit characters, I do feel there are people I could trust, and it's disturbing to hear that a bright woman has had a similar trust shattered. It does make me wonder about those few I've confided in, and that's so very unfortunate, and perhaps unfair of me, isn't it?

But I think this thread's inherent advice is good; try to hang on to the caution you had when you first joined the Board.

I too am learning the hard way not to trust people. Revenge isn't worth the pain it will cause you.

It's taken me so long to answer this because I have never really been in the position you have, but recently had someone close to me rip the trust from under me. It hurts to say the least. I'm not talking Havoc either, I adore the man.

I'm sorry you went through what you did, I hope it all works out well in the end.

I read "A Black Day" and didn't notice anything in particular about style, except that it was hostile. This doesn't tell me much about his "nice guy" persona. If I get duped by this creep, then by the time I see his Black Day side, it'll already be too late. Well, it was a good idea. It just didn't work the way I thought it would. C'est la vie.

Cheyenne, I still think it would be helpful if people knew who this person is.

I don't like there being a snake in the grass among the fine people on this board. I for one, would like to know the identity of the person responsible for this type of betrayal.

The thing is, Skibum, naming him won't make a difference.

I was the one who got the email Cheyenne mentioned. I wasn't close enough to the person in question to have gotten hurt, but only because he made one mistake the caused me to lose interest. Otherwise, I can see exactly how this person could weasel his way into someone's trust.

The person in question is a pro at being whoever he needs to be to fit the situation and he has already proven he can take on many different personnas with ease. Identifying him will only force him to take on a different handle and improve his sneaky ways.

He knows who he is and so do enough of us. We are watching and he will not be allowed to hurt anyone else.

Thanks, Kitten Eyes. That summarized it better than I ever could.
