I've been procratinating. But in the right place. Now I have to spend Superbowl Sunday hard at work. Nothing to panic about though. Still I could use a good kick in the ass>volunteers can line up at the South end of the bar.

I've been all over the place. Trying to get my show running, biking up the west side, in Chinatown celebrating New Year... it's just madness. But in a good way.

Doing well here althought I drank a bit too much Glögg yesterday. Must be all the spicies in it that makes the difference.

You have to tell us more about your show, it sounds very interesting especially now in this Year of the Rat.

hmmm .. I wonder if there is a year of the Tiger too.

Super bowl Sunday

HT, there is indeed a year of the tiger. I thin it's been recently, but alas we need a wiser guide to tell us when. I'm stilll waiting ofr the year of the Subo.

I love Chinese food and culture, Bella, thank you very much. I get to teach a piddling of chinese History and geography to my guppies in a few months. Last year I had them make a luck dragon and parade it up and down the hallway and in and out of other classrooms. do tell us more about this "show". Did I miss the fact that you are an artist like our founder Ariosto? I knew you were a work of art, didn't know you made it as well.

Turk, something cold and caffeinated. I just spent the last two hours up to my neck in educational "theories and methods" Now I have to write a response in "educationese" and try not to use the word "drivel" or scream, "Hang every theorist who's never been in a classroom."

Well, now that that is off my chest.

I did thoroghly enjoy the Superbowl. It was funny listening to my students in class today trying to figure out who that "old guy" at half-time was. There I was remembering when Tom Petty was in a bar band called Mudcrutch in Gainesville Florida.

Some of the ads were entertaining and I bet there were as many happy Dolphin fans as Giant fans last night. The Giants really are an amazing story. they lost to the Cowboys, Packers ()and patriots, then came back and beat them all. Quite an accomplishment.

Say, aren't pitchers and catchers due to report soon? Turk, pass me some crackerjacks.
