I sat on the tailgate with my acoustic just before dark; whilst mah boy rode his bike....and yeah, bendy. I don't know what it is about guitar strings, but they always make these funny, wavering pitches when I fret 'em.......

O.K......Yesterday I ran in the ridiculous heat. Last night, an hour long strength training class that I TOTALLY did not expect to be littered with squats & lunges *owwww*
This morning, 15 bike miles......my quads were cussin' me BAD!
