the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival opened Sunday in China. it features a "city" made entirely out of ice. i woke up this morning to -8 temperature, winds from the north creating -24 wind chill and a city seemingly made entirely out of ice.

I saw the pictures of that (the ice "city") yesterday at night with all the lights on it. Very surreal. I suggest you stay under the covers today, Parker. Nothing good can come from being out in negative degree weather!
