Hi meatflower,

Your initial post was taken as it was because we have had a number of inidividuals come in, use a comparable tactic to condemn the intimacy we share with our SOs etc. Those "trolls", those who post for reaction and to gain some sick sense of fulfillment by looking down their noses at the "freaks" and "mentally unstable" on this site, have paved a path which leads to a certain reaction to tongue in cheek humor used to start discussion.

You will find there is little tolerance for wife beating and abuse on this forum.

In fact, in one instance, such postings by a judgemental troll led to some very difficult real life experiences for one of our kinder and gentler posters. So we do tend to become defensive, I suppose.

Perhaps, the posters here should be more willing to greet every poster with a completely open mind. However, that wouldn't necessarily be in human nature. Nasty experiences tend to color one's view, no?

Further, of the posters replying to you, you will find that many of them are not "cyber" Domming or anything of that nature. They are practicing BDSM in real time where the sting is genuine and the power exchange intense and intimate.

Now............

After moving the thread, I wondered, what would have happened if rosco, WD or netzach had started the same thread with the same post.



Finally, could we discuss "ultra hot?" Ewwww I like that term and can think of one or two little things that are exactly that!

If Rosco, Net, or WD started the thread they would not have made that first post w/out explaination as to where they were going with it. It doesnt make sense to post something like that and not say anything about it

And for meatflower... i think if you drop the attitude you will see there are very open minded open hearted intellegent accepting supportive people on this forum. Lose your negative judgement and read around a little...you just might like it here.

I have to agree w/ KC. If one of the posters listed by MissT had posted that ... piece... they would have at the very least included a comment, question, phrase... something to give us a frame of reference and let us know where there were coming from. This is a DISCUSSION board... letting us know what the real topic is would be nice. Now, if meatflower's intention was to find what everyone's knee jerk reaction was, that’s fine, but I don't think that was the case.

Meatflower… just an FYI - I am probably one of the people least likely to engage in “grammatical snobbery” around here, but please keep in mind that the communication here is limited to the written word, so if you want to get your point across, you might want to take the time to be sure you express it in a manner that can be understood. This has nothing to do with being in the “inner circle” or belonging to a clique… it has to do with ease of communication.

What i see happening here is that you just happen to violently disagree with one or two peoples' points of view, so you're holding up this strawman, the idea that almost "everybody" thinks this same way that they do, in order to make yourself look like a brave, lone knight who knocks The Big Evil Cultural Icon Down. Your straw man states that the concept "wifebeating is good" is somehow someway a moderne and even populist trende, "sanctioned" and "politically correct," to use your own words. But it ain't at all. It's very much a minority opinion and likely to remain that way, thank god (elitist sigh of contentment).

But go ahead, be my guest, just dishonestly make up anything off the top of your head and state it as the truth if it makes you look good. Black is white and up is down and the sun is the moon and two or three or even ten people believing an idea you hate is this gigantic mainstream socially sanctioned movement. Troublemaker? I think you have me confused me with somebody else! If I was spoilin' for a fight, I would have gone after everybody in this thread, not excluding you. Lord knows, there's enough material here to fuel a big boom-boom.
