Oblivious to naught but you, all else goes unnoticed. I kiss your eyes, your cheeks, your neck. My hands and lips exploring. Loving the feel of your trembling beneath my fingertips.
rosylady said:Closing my eyes as you kiss them, sighing at the feel of you lips. wanting more not sure what more is. Enjoying the heat radiating from your body.Moving my hand down to grasp your waist, looking for something to hold onto. Laying back, looking up at you.

Here is a question:
Is the notion of unrequited love viable? If so, is it romanticism, tragedy, or both? Can tragedy be romantic (e.g. Romeo & Juliet)?

rosylady said:Of course it is viable. Meaning that when one loves another and that love is not returned. Case of Romeo & Juliet was not unrequited love and the only tragedy in that story is the fact that the two were still but kids. Believing as all teenagers do that if they can't be with that one person, they will die. If they had not taken their own lives they would have realized love comes in many forms, and some of us fall in love more times than others.
I don't think that unrequited love is romantic or a tragedy. Its more of a heartache for one.
cookiejar said:To me unrequited love is only romantic in movies and books....there is nothing vaguely romantic about a person's heart being broken. As a victim of it I know the anguish one goes through....why doesn't he care? Am I not pretty or smart enough? Did I say or do something wrong? The self doubt for me was the worst part....but a tragedy? Not that either , just a part of life. Just my humble opinion for what it's worth.

Is erotica always romantic? And is pornography always raunchy?
