There are electric devices for... other areas... but I imagine they can be adapted to your purpose

Hmm, yeah there are some devices for shocks. None of the good ones are cheap. Rimba makes one that is okay, not hugely expensive, and would probably work for you.

Safety is a big issue. They warn against using the electo-shock devices across the chest since that might disrupt the heart beat. Since women's breasts are, uhmm, about that level, I would be concerned about the safety and if I did it, I would do it on one side only. Read and Heed their warnings.

Thanks for all the responses...what I know is that when my nipples are shocked...the metal bin is just that height, it hits me in the middle of my chest usually right on the nipple...we tried putting rubber mats down, they tried grounding it, but it still "shocks" you. It isn't like an electeral shock, just a static type shock...very sharp, feeels very good....but never figured out how to mimic it. Thanks for all the info and sources you gave...I will figure it out. I have built circuit boards, and ballests and emergency circuit board lights, so I really should be able to figure out how to hook up a "static" shocker.....at least enough of one to make my nipples stand at attention....mmmmm
