Russia three-start general Vladimir Alekseyev barely survived a professional assassination attempt last evening.

Alekseyev is the former chief of the so-called "Disinformation Bureau" of the Russian intelligence agency, and was the primary contact between Russia and Trump's 2016 Presidential campaign. Alekseyev provided volumes of Russian intelligence regarding presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to Trump's then-close confidant Rudy Guiliani, along with tens of millions of dollars in illegal foreign campaign contributions. He also provide the Trump team access to Russia's infamous botnet network to amplify Trump's disinformation about Clinto to social media.
