I don't have much ice, the southern part of the state got that. I talked to a friend of mine this morning and she's got 2" of ice over her car.

I've never made any sugar free. Every recipe I have has at least a bag of powdered sugar in it.

I figured that. You should really work on a recipe for sugar-free. You might make a fortune. Personally I don't like icing. I always scrape it off because it's just too sweet.

There probably is, but I won't try it! I can't imagine splenda making a decent icing.

Can do a cream cheese icing.

Ingredients
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container frozen light whipped topping, thawed
Directions
1In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
2Mix well and let stand until thickened.
3In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
4Add pudding and mix well.
5Finally, fold in whipped topping.
6Makes 1 frosting for 1 cake.

I'm thinking the whipped cream should offset the heaviness of the cream cheese. Let me know if you try it, and how it tastes!

I like cream cheese, so I probably will like it. I'll have to wait until I have someone to help me eat it.
