Scheduled to publish?

Hello poets of Lit.

Here i am facing a thing that i can't understand properly. I tried to publish a poem. It was on pending for past two days. Now when i went to check the status, it shows :scheduled. And i tried to click on the prior "submitted" link. For past two days, it said waiting for review. Now it derectly takes me to an editing window. And if i try to submit it again, it says something like this below.

My question is, is there any scheduled time to publish? I am pretty sure it isnt sent back to me.

though i can see it in pending area, at somewhere there it says published. What does it mean?
