Construction on ballroom has been proceeding while the courts settled the question of whether Trump had the authority to build it without congressional authorization. An appellate panel had ruled 10 days ago that Trump had to stop construction, however they put a 10 day stay on the order while the White House appealed to SCOTUS. Chief Justice Roberts said today that construction can continue until further notice. It’s back to Build Baby Build.

Are you that fucking stupid!!!! The White House is the biggest target on the planet... PERIOD!!. Nothing anyone does will make it a bigger target but the project could make it safer and a more dignified venue for future presidents.

It's not like when Trump leaves office he's taking it with him. If he went to congress it would never pass because of democrat intransigency against anything Trump. If there is some cost overruns I'm good with it. Trump just minutes ago just reassure there are no taxpayer dollars being used, all donations from him and other large private donors.

I would rather see my tax dollars go towards the White house beautification project than the billions going to Somalian bandits.
