I like this idea. I was once coworkers with and older gentleman that was just such a guy. The classic Latin lover. Even as a straight guy, I could see why the ladies were all over him. 50 years old, in great shape, handsome, distinguished and successful. Panties would moisten when he walked in a room.

I would have this man as a new neighbor in the MFCs condo. They see each other often, in the hallways and elevators and he never fails to compliment her in some way, though he keeps it - tasteful.
