Well, it looks like I may have to find my receipt and tracking slip and hit the UPS store to see what might have happened if the prezzie I sent hasn't arrived yet. I asked last year about arrival times and stuff since it was going overseas, but I didn't ask this year since it was just going across the border.
(And I'm still worrying that maybe they're not comic geeky enough to like what I sent, but we'll see...

I had another parcel sitting on top of my letterbox when I got back from last minute shopping.
The kids were most interested in the large box of chockies for me and hubby. We had to beat them off with a stick!
And "Ooo, bagpipes!" - yes, my 8 year old is a little strange. I love the earrings!

The postman knocked...
And brought me another present!
It smelt so christmassy as I opened it, I could smell Christmas trees and when I got into it it had a candle holder with three lovely scented candles in it -one of them being a fir tree one. I've got spices for mulling (Gonna do some cider later) and various filled santas and some idaho spuds. I have a gorgeous scarf and a bookmark and the cutest jingling christmas teddy bear and some beautiful postcards.

I was just thinking a day or two ago that I needed a new notepad for the coming year, and today my Secret Santa gift arrived.
For all you lovely nosy people who like to read other people's mail, it's a very neat bound 4x6 notepad with a closing flap that locks with a magnetic click. Perfect.

In the furore of swapping presents at my parents, the bag with my SS present in is still at my folks >.<
So instead I present my early present from Mark, who is now officially a dead man - we agreed not to do presents this year. Its a Luis Royo print, with special cover so its hologram-like in that the background moves - hence the laser strip >.<
