Thank you all. I'm trying to not get discouraged since my weight isn't going down, but i feel like I'm toning up. Noticed it while I was taking my shower.

Dont be discouraged, because that's how it always happens.
While you may weigh just as much, a lot of that is because
the extra muscle is replacing your fat currently.
You'll hit a point eventually where the weight just suddenly drops off.
When I was losing weight too, it took a while to get that ball rolling,
but once it did, it was rolling downhill quickly.

Also, don't forget to keep upping your workout.
When something starts to get too easy, you need to add more time
or reps or whatever it is.
The same workout will become less effective after a while.
When I first started exercising, I didn't even walk nearly half as far as I do currently.
I kept increasing the distance, then started doing my walk twice a day, then eventually did an even bigger walk than the twice a day covered.

Keep it up, don't give up, and you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel eventually.
This is really the hardest part of weight loss, just getting it going.
The lack of immediate results will be discouraging, but when you push past that, the long term goals will start to show up.
It's a marathon, and the idea is to finish.
