1) I believe in high intensity interval training mixed with higher weight training is the way to go. However personally I'm a stickler for form when lifting. And I can be a loud asshole.

2) the simple fact that he isn't giving you passionate kisses is a big red flag to me. And I may be just me, but when I can I believe in ALWAYS greeting your so with a kiss at the door, and if it's going to be a crummy peck, you better believe it's option b a big hug with a tight squeeze.

In response to fact 2, he's just never been a real affectionate guy to begin with. He has gotten better, but I almost always kiss first (just pecks is all I get) and I'm always the one to say Hi when I get home. I'm lucky if he ever says hi back. Usually he just looks at me. (Not as bad as it sounds ) But yeah, I'm a passionate and affectionate person, so it's hard for me.
