For two... I've only had sex while the girl was on her period once. It was bad timing. She had flown in for my going away party for Japan. I wasn't going to see her again for 4 months. (and at the time, we were thinking it would be at least six)

In that case, you do what you have to and you work really hard to keep things clean.

There are other brands that work for this too. Instead is a brand sold around here.

On another note, these cups can be used while trying to conceive. You insert the cup after sex to hold the sperm in. For either products intended purpose, I prefer the Diva cup. Which doesn't work for wearing while having sex.

I do agree that orgasms can help with cramps and it would make since that it would help shorten your period. (Using cups and mama cloth can help with both as well.) There is however more than one way to achieve orgasm though.
