For less than half of that, you could get plain black mules & hot glue a bow on them. I don't know if you're as cheap as me, but that's what I would do.

Ok, I'm trying to pick a pair of shoes for summer. I want something fashion-ey - a little more current than what I have (looking for chunky, maybe romanesque), but it needs to work for the office. I can get away with heeled sandals, as long as they're sophisticated. It's casual. On the other hand, I have a lot of shoes, soooo, I kind of want to spend as little as possible.
With that in mind, these from BR are on sale for $60
ETA - the contrast stitching bugs the shit out of me. Probably why they're on sale.

Have you looked that Nordstrom website? www.nordstrom.com They have some sandals similiar to those BR ones, but not as costly. I have tried on BR shoes before, and frankly, I don't think they have the cushion needed - especially not for the pricetag.
