seriously, I do not pretend to have the quantity, quality, or educational background required to have the depth of grasp needed to make those kind of judgements. I would prefer to have the experts with the correct and vital information, combined with a background of experience, to do so on my behalf. That is why lifetime career personnel in the fields of military (intelligence and strategy) and the essential behind the scene top diplomatic negotiators are so, so important in the world.

I will continue to call out the kind of political/religious bullying, sovereign nation fucking-up being made by countries as I see it happen; that goes for russia, north korea, european countries, african, chinese, saudi, the usa, wherever. Same: And that is one of the main reasons I don’t feel comfortable second guessing Israel and their significant diplomatic, intelligence, and defense experts’ decisions / actions after 10/7 - especially when I’m “out of range” for the most part. (I do feel comfortable second guessing Israel’s government agencies’ decisions / actions pre-10/7…)

Same: I would only wish for many on this board to take as great an interest in the far more blatantly egregious / heinous acts being perpetrated by world powers Russia (Ukraine, etc), China (the Uyghurs, the Asia pacific, helping Russia and Iran etc), North Korea (crazy nuclear and missile launch gamesmanship, helping Russia in Ukraine, etc), India (untold human rights violations against its own citizens, lax safeguards for / oversight of construction projects, etc) as they do with Israel (not really a world power in its own right).

I do appreciate how we are holding the U.S. accountable, and I believe more attention should be given to Trump’s original sins in his first term (and his subsequent sins in this second term) that directly contributed to the escalation of hostilities around the globe. (And don’t even get me started on G.W. Bush’s sins).
