There's a huge legal and moral difference between a criminal conviction for rape and a civil jury finding based on a much lower burden of proof. If you're going to cite court outcomes, at least understand how they work. I know in the world of the left, nothing screams airtight justice like a jury told to rule on decades-old claims based on vibes and media narratives, not evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. What’s truly disingenuous is pretending a civil judgment, decided without the standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt" and based on decades-old, uncorroborated claims, is the moral equivalent of a criminal conviction.
