WOW!! i read ALL 14 pages, and i am laughing so hard, at times i was taking a drink of my pepsi and almost had to clean my screen. i think some people took these two (or one?) entirely TOO serious. my favorite was the whole 'cyber spanking each other' i saw that he was not being serious, it seems no one else did. either way, this thread had me laughing all the way to the end. thanks for the laughs!!! looks like it IS truly the thread that will never end!

That's the thing, though...it seemed quite serious at the time of the original posts. This thread plus some others made around the same time seemed completely serious. It got a little more silly as time went on, of course.

*nods* when i first started reading, i took it all seriously and then as i read on, i saw their posts being more and more silly and saw then that it looked as if they were just going for the attention, which they definantly got..and are still getting, (me included) but i had to post... are you still buying drinks for those of us who posted...or, uhh, am i too late for that?

I just re-read the whole thread myself. I notice I didn't turn up until the very end with some inane replies, which is odd because I seem to remember following this for a while. I know I saw the original pictures, though I don't quite remember what they looked like.

The reason I said "who cares?" to the marriage announcement is because of pellso27's relationship tactics in the past. First he's so in love with his well-trained slave before their one-month anniversary, then he's left her behind for somebody else, then he's here and there in other threads looking for someone...just a lot of all-over-the-map-ness. And suddenly he's getting married! (I also have a trace of my usual bitterness that straight couples can get married whenever they fucking want to, and I can't marry the woman I've lived with and loved for almost nine years now.)

But also, bumping such an old thread that contained hateful comments was pretty bizarre...hence the snark.

No, you're fine! I try not to let my bitterness show TOO much, it was a problem for me a couple of years ago when it seemed like everyone I knew was getting married, but I just have to remember that we consider ourselves as married as possible. She's the beneficiary on my life insurance, I'm in her will, we wear rings, etc. But there are still those benefits (1,138 of them) that we can't get, which is really sad. I still dream of moving to Canada...
