I know most small guys complain about having no bulge, but my experience is slightly different. Like a lot of guys with small flaccid cocks, when mine is soft it sticks straight out.

As a result, with certain clothing materials, the head of my dick is a lot more noticeable. If it was pointing down in my underwear, it would likely leave no visible bulge. Just curious guys. When you mention the length of your flaccid, are you measuring non-bone pressed or bone pressed. I measure NBP as there is no reason to push down on the fat pad to add another 0.5 inches plus or minus. NBP is mainly what you see. BP is OK for erect cocks for comparative reasons and to see if you are ok for penetrative sex. Thoughts?
