Drastic solution
I snore.
Like Concorde taking off.
For five years my wife and I slept in separate houses a mile apart. That solved the problem for her.
I was alone in a large five bedroomed house sleeping at the back of the house with the bedroom door shut. While she was still in the same house she slept at the front of the house. She couldn't hear me snore. I couldn't hear her snore either. She imitates a 747 - quieter than a Concorde but still loud.
Now we have downsized to a smaller four bedroomed house. She sleeps at the front with the window open so she can hear the sea. The sound of the waves masks my snoring in the back room with the door shut. She can only hear me when the tide is out and the waves aren't breaking on the beach.
So - my solution is - MOVE!

I can't help the snor-ee much but for the snor-er there is a product called Snorban (www.snorban.com) that helps quite a bit. Not perfect, but better, and I used to snore like a steam-driven sawmill. After I lost 30 lbs and started using nasel spray, the snorban is normally no longer needed but there those nights . . .
