Um.. the author was 16 at the time and I don't see evidence he knew much about older word usage. Or ANY word usage. If he actually used it as wooing, it's probably the one good sentence in the work. But I have trouble believing it and he's dead so we can't ask.

It's interesting to speculate how his writing would have developed if he hadn't gotten the fame he did, and subsequently swore he'd never write again (proof, by the way, that shaming the incompetent has a place in the world.)

Enh. Everybody starts out incompetent; I dare say most of us wrote embarrassing rubbish at that age. I laughed at EoA as much as anybody, but shaming the author for writing badly at sixteen just ensures that they're never going to get the practice they need to improve.

Can anyone recommend any Literotica stories they have read that fall into the 'So Bad It's Good' category?

Someone who used to post here quite frequently and still does occasionally, but whose name escapes me at the moment used to do MSTK-like commentary on very bad stories he found posted here on Lit, with the author's permission, of course. They were very funny. I'd highly recommend checking those out. I'm hoping someone can supply the Litster's name.
