I'll post a pic some time.
No seriously, I use three TBS of Hershey's Special Dark cocoa, two TBS of peanut butter (natural unsweetened), one TBS of extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground cinnamon to taste (maybe 1/2 tsp? It's stronger fresh), and 5 packs of Splenda sweetener (This IS, after all, a healthy version). Put it all in a glass microwaveable container, nuke for 30 seconds, and mix until smooth. Chill until the container is cool to the touch, mix again and voila, enough dip for one large apple. I like the huge Red Delicious ones. This is pretty low in fat and sugar, has anti-oxidants from the dark chocolate, and the fresh cinnamon really brings out the chocolate flavor. You can tweak it however you like and even add real sugar, but this is how I make it. Enjoy!
