My wife wants more predictability. More comprehensibilty. She high fives herself when she follows me from one idea to the next. But we stay together.

I think, to outsiders, both of us are larger than life. I am in awe of what she does, and she ditto reciprocally. But it isn't a cakewalk.

I did mean, "You rang?" but I wasn't in a Maynard G. Krebs modality. I have collaborated with vella. She has wit, but needs clarity. I have neither. Or maybe wit, from time to time. Either way, it was a strange and unsatisfying collaboration which made us both happy and had, finally, an outcome, now published, I guess.

I've wanted to participate in Nano ever since I first learned of it.
The only problem is that I've been up to my neck in Uni work every year since.

Two more years to go. No doubt, by then I'll have more than enough to reach 50K words.

I think it would help to have a Really Big Idea, first. Otherwise you would write yourself in circles or write yourself into a corner, chasing your inspiration down.
