I think that if people dressed day to day-or undressed as the case may be-as they do on Lit, they would be noticed much more and everyone would be much more polite. I also think everyone boarding an airplane should be nude-think of the hassles that would solve! No more having to take off your shoes and all that business.
However one thing I have discovered is that people in very intimate situations-like swinging for example, or viewing and displaying revealing photos-are really much nicer than if they met on the street. Maybe it is the vulnerability we all feel without our shields of clothing.
Don't take a $6.75 an hour job seriously. In fact, don't take anything you do for money seriously, I can promise you (I recently retired wfter working 25 years at a very high wage) that anything you do for money is no indicator of the kind of person you are. Companies today treat employees like some prostitutes are treated, without dignity, without consideration and are used and discarded. It wasn't always like this and won't be sometime in the future-it's cyclical.
