Speaking of IM's

Good lord! And I thought I was hot stuff for keeping three going at the same time. I bow to you, sir.

One of my biggest pet peeves is getting an ICQ authorization request from a complete stranger. I ignore those. If you send messages and talk a bit first, your chances skyrocket.

I feel like I must have a reason, a specific topic to discuss, in order to initiate an IM "relationship" with anyone. But I'm usually quite pleased when someone else wants to initiate one.

But then, I'm like that even with my RL friends when I haven't spoken to them for awhile - I start to feel like I need a reason to call. Is that dumb, or what?

Well, thank you oh ticklish one of the female persuasion. But only bow to me if you truly desire to do so... Nothing worse than mocked respect for my emence cheesiness you know... You HAVE to respect the cheese! It compels you! Muahahah!!! HEheH!

I may just be being selfish, but doesn't anyone else get jealous if you know you're not the only one im-ing with a person?

Yes...I want your undivided attention as you reply to this:)

BlondeBeauty

You have it now.
I use three settings on my IM.
One allows access to everyone.
One blocks access to everyone.
The other, and the one I use most of the time, allows access to a single special person. When I am with her, I want us to be the only two people in the world. When I am carrying on two conversations at the same time, that usually means I was talking to the other person first.

Indy, I would be glad to talk to you. I just don't have much of interest to say.

And yes, I like to have the other person's undivided attention. LOL Especially if they contact me first.

Let's see

I have a whopping two literoticans on my AIM buddy list :(, but wouldn't mind having more (hint hint)

As for jealous of other IMs, I'm certainly not and hope that others that I chat with aren't either, because they would definitely have a problem with me, as I usually have more than one going at a time.

Respect is one of two things I never fake.

Okay then, I beleive you, thank you for the... Respect then. Um... *scuffing foot on the floor.* Do you like cheese? I have lots and lots of that... ;)

For some ungodly reason, AOL gives my computer fits (Yahoo did too). MSN is the only one that works on a regular basis (hint hint).

Nope...

I'm not that jealous of a person, thankfully. I know my man has his friends as I have mine. :) Some of our friends we "share" lol. If I was the jealous type, then there'd be a lot of women from Lit mad at me or Jason or us both! ;)

Why?

Why can't MSN and AOL make their IM programs compatible so that you can chat across the networks? or have they and I'm just clueless about how to do that?

They hate us

It's a conspiracy. ;)

If that's the case, then I'm clueless, too.

But, I have noticed that I get booted off AIM alot, whereas that usually doesn't happen to me on MSN. It's easy to download MSN. It is kinda confusing to keep track of who's on which one, though.
