You will know when it is working for you will start feeling very sleepy at first and then you body will begin feeling numb after that you will simply sleep. It normally last around twelve to twenty four hours.
While speaking to Jayne, Rose took the other vile and poured it down Penn's throat watching her for a few moments to make sure she had made a strong enough dose for Penn.
