As a matter of security I'd like to ask you not to discuss the final decisions on the hotel and times in open thread. This I'll make sure everyone knows by PM.

we can all begin making our reservations now.

When you call to make your reservations Please make sure you tell them your with the Litogether Group so you will receive the Special Room rate and your room will come from the Block of rooms reserved for us. The rooms will be $59.99 per night. We only have till March 15th to make our reservations and be guaranteed to have a room available. So make your reservations NOW. You will need a Credit card but the amount will not come from the card till you check out of the hotel . I have also worked it out for those who want to arrive prior to May 14th or to stay after May 16th to receive the same discount. This discount will be good from May 12th to may 18th.

Each room is a suite with a separate Bedroom with a door between the two rooms. You have a Choice of a Two Queen beds room or a King room and the choice of Smoking or non Smoking in each. Please specify which of these you want when making your reservations.

A full Hot Breakfast Bar is included free with each Room reservation. Please do not discuss theactual location or name of the hotel on the threads we don't want the actual location to be made public knowledge.

Now if anyone has a friend or friends that they would like to invite please feel free to do so. You may have them come by here and post a RSVP or they can PM me with their info.
Invite your friends and lets make this one a huge sucess too.

If you've made your reservations and your name is not red please let me know that you've made yours. If you don't need Reservations and your name isn't Blue let me know that too. I need to keep up with this so I can make sure we have enough rooms blocked off and so we get all the discounts comming from the hotel we're suposed to.

I have an air matress in the car for him..........he just have to bring his blanket and pillow........just incase he sleeps outside.....lol:devil:

I'm working on it, since I'm in Charleston. I still have to figure out my sitter situation. So, I'm interested, and working on it, but not positive, yet. k?
