Hehe well here is something you can try. Fire at his hand, he can't block everything at the short distance, he is a trained Sith, not a master. Then as he pulls the other saber she can shoot and hit the crystal housing. Only way to get rid of the black light sabers and when he is disarmed he'll use the Force to overwhelm her, if you want I'll edit my post, but it will mean that I will have to god mod your character's moves a bit

my Concept is a Force user, but not a Jedi or Sith, just sensitive and is into building things; Droids, Ship repair, etc.

Sorry for the prolonged absense. Real life got a bit distracting. And apologies for the postl; it's not quite up to my standards, but I was hoping to have some input from Dormant about Illiana's hand so I could move us forward in my post.

Anyways, Cheska. I'd say there's some more room, especially with DK and CL. However, I just have to ask, how sensitive to the Force would your character be? Would your character be able to manipulate the Force or is it more on par with a highly developed sixth sense about things?

We have plenty of Force users at this point in time, what with two Jedi, a Sith, and whatever Caramel defines her character as. So, if you can find a character that is not sensitive enough to manipulate the Force, then we just might be able to find a use for you.

Oh yeah, cliff notes. Umm....let's see...we're about two or three weeks (in game time) away from the start of the Clone Wars. One of my characters who has yet to have a post in IC is a crime lord with power rivaling that of the Hutts, and yet no one knows what he looks like or the size of his organization. My other character who I've been posting as is a Jedi Master for a exceptionally secretive subsect of the Order that specializes in covert operations, so my character loves to hide his identity alot and is a bit anti-social.

Dormant's character is a Jedi padawan who recently lost her previous master and has been assigned by the Council to be the padawan of my Jedi character. Her hand was wounded by a blaster shot in an ambush by some thugs and we are in the process of getting her hand fixed before starting her training.

Caramel's character is a spy/information collector and was hired to gather info about DK's character, a Sith, but unfortunately, things seem to have gotten a bit difficult for Caramel's character.

And that is where we stand in the story, or lack thereof. We're kinda making this stuff up as we go.

I can make my character non-force based then.
Using the actual table top RPG book, I would base it on an character I played once before.
A noble-fringer type character.

Born into a noble house*, the character is still big on technology. Think Engineer/Mechanic type who actually prefers machines to people, because you can turn a machine off. [Well, there is killing, but she isn't a killer]
*She finds the whole "Noble House" thing amusing and a bit dumb because it's a planet on the outer rim and her family purchased the title when they settled on the world seven decades ago.
She 'Might' have seen a Jedi in passing a long tme ago, but not very important or impressive to her as say a Soldier or Merchant would be.
She is the accepted black sheep of her family, because she is the only girl of 5 children and the youngest.
Her family has not had any trouble with the Republic or Bankers[?] despute and she has even repaired a Droidika or two when they had no one else to be fixed by.

If I was going to make her Force sensitive, then yes.. she just has an overblown sixth sense about machines.. I wouldn't even call that Force based, she just has a gut feeling when machines are not working as they should.

Is this ok?

Hmm...you might have something there, Cheska. Very well, write up a bio and post it. We'll see if we can squeeze you in with DK and CL, perhaps. Oh, and the dispute is with the Trade Federation at this point in time.

I wouldn't think another post is necessary, DK. Just edit your most recent one to be a little more open ended. Of course, collaborating with CL before hand might help a bit, especially when you don't have a character that's in a position to guide other characters.

Although...I'll have another look at the IC and see if Jodo might be able to exert some influence from behind the scenes.
