Star Wars

Luke Skywalker

After 6 hours of travel the ship reached the Death Star.

Luke told everyone "I'll try to use the force to protect us from there..."

Before he could finish a tractor beam locked on them and started pulling them in! Luke yelled "They must have known about us already! We cant get free!"

All of this was to simular to Luke. This mistake lead to the death of his original master Ben Kenobi. Luke knew the trick Han pulled back then wouldnt work with this ship since there was barely enough room for the five of them let alone to hide inside of it so he warned the others "Prepare for battle. But stay behind me."

The ship slowly got pulled into the port. Once there the Stormtroopers swarmed over the ship as they prepared for battle.

Just then the doors flew open as Luke jumped out with his sabre as he charged into battle!

Silver heard her Master calling her and awoke. She slipped out of bed naked... and walked towards her wardrobe. She picked up her leather cat-suit and slipped it on, covering up her lithe figure. She zipped up and put on her boots. She looked at herself in the mirror as she adjusted the zipper and for an instant she recalled how she used to look. Her hair had been longer, she had been tanned not pale as she was now and there had been Drakon. She knew she should stop that thought but in a moment of weakness she let the memory continue to play out in her mind. Drakon holding her and that strange smile that wasn't quite a smile. The Master's voice interrupted. "The throne room... now..."
"Yes M'Lord..." she replied shaking her head and taking a calming breath. She looked into her own eyes in the mirror. Her eyes were hard now.. cold. She slipped on her shades and left her room.

A few minutes later she was at the Throne room door. He sensed her immediately. "Ahhh... yess... enter my pet..." His voice sending shivers of cold down her spine.
The door opened with a quiet hiss and she entered the room walking up to him and kneeling elegantly before him.
"You called M'Lord"
"Yessss... so sorry to interrupt your rest little one..." he crooned. She remained kneeling and silent.
He smiled at her obedience and continued... "rise and stand with me..."
She stood in one smooth motion and stood at his side. "We are close Silver... can you sense it?" He asked.
Her mind reached out into the black space before them and she felt... "M'Lord? How can it be?"
His laughter was sinister.
"Indeed, you are surprised."
Silver regained her composure but remained silent.
"Hmmmm" he continued to watch her carefully.
"What do you think Ganor will do now?"
"I have not contacted him."
"What would... YOU do?" He asked.
"M'Lord?" She turned to face him and as always stiffled her fearful response to him as his eyes held hers.
"If I told you I had plans... that I thought he would return to us?"
Her eyes flickered briefly but even the Master was impressed by her control. He smiled and nodded encouragingly.
"Then M'Lord.. I would endevour to return him to you M'Lord."
"And if he refused?"
"Then M'Lord.. I would have to execute him."
This reply clearly pleased him.
"Good my pet... my confidence in you is well met. Contact Ganor now and report back to me."
"Yes M'Lord."
With a curt bow she left him. She returned to her room and sat crosslegged in the centre. She slipped into meditative mode and was hovering several feet in the air. She reached out with her mind for that one she was familiar with.

"Ganor!" Her voice was smooth... sensuous as it addressed him.
"Yes?"
"You know me?"
"Yes."
"Good... report..."
"He may turn... they intend to attack prematurely"
"They come to us?"
"Yes"
"Understood... continue as per instructed I will contact you again"

She opened her eyes and stayed hovering. So... they come to us... she smiled. Finally she would get to stretch her wings a little. She uncrossed her legs and stood easily.
"M'Lord... it would seem that Skywalker intends to attack us..."
"Excellent..." Came the reply

Silver sensed Luke Skywalker immediately... she smiled grimly. She called her lightsabre to herself and it flew from across the room to her hand. She tested it... both sides sizzled on... glowing deep red. Taking a breath and smiling again as if thrilled by what was to come she left her rooms and headed towards the sound of battle.

The past haunts...

Drakon tried as best he could to remain silent in those six hours. The intimate confines forced him to be closer to the others than he would have liked, and he did not want to be forced to talk with them, especially Kat, who stared at him, probing his mind as best she could throughout the flight.

Once they were being pulled in, Drakon was prepared to fight, but as he stepped forward, he sensed something he had not sensed in years. It stopped him in his tracks.

Silver..., he thought. No. It's a trap! I souldn't have come!

The woman who captured his teenage heart years ago, and walked the dark path at his side, had survived the rebel attacks. Silver Dread was dangerous, and what's worse, she had an incredible ability to manipulate him. It seemed she knew him better than he knew himself. For the first time, his tension and anxiety was plainly visible.

"They want me..."

Love and war...

This is not the time for cowardice, he thought, forcing himself out of the craft and into battle with both ends of his saber blazing. He mercilessly cut through opponents, his emotion dangerously taking control.

If we must destroy each other, then so be it.

His rage vibed out and settled uncomfortably over his allies.

Luke Skywalker

Luke charged through the stormtroopers slicing them apart with his sabre. 'Just like old times' mused Luke when he looked back to see Drakon join in the battle.

Luke warned him "Dont drop your guard for a moment Drakon! Any mistake can be deadly!" Just then Luke sensed something powerful and evil coming towards them!

Torn...

Drakon almost did not hear Luke, but he knew what he was telling him. It was the same thing he was struggling to tell himself.

Stay focused. But he couldn't. There were too many feelings swirling around within him like a tempest. He butchered Storm Troopers, tears flowing as the shock of that white armor and their screams brought back memories of his darkest times.

And then of course, was the girl. Silver. His 'love'. He knew that if he did not kill her, he would have to join her or die himself. If she let him live in the Light Side, it would mean her death. He could not let that happen. The dark cadet was torn in two.

Damn this plagued fortune! Why couldn't I have died long ago?

Drakon was leaving nothing but rolling heads and agonizing aputees in his wake as he cut a path through the soldiers in his madness.

Remember your friends...

Drakon ran after a soldier who tried to escape him, impaling him from behind with his saber. He was at the edge of sanity. Then as another Trooper creeped behind him, a blaster deterred him, and Drakon sliced his jugular.

The dark cadet looked to find that it had been Kat who shot him.

"We are even!" she shouted, with a smile that cut through the madness around them.

Drakon just nodded, the beginnings of a smirk decorating his face. Stupid girl.

He became a bit calmer, and more defensive after that, for which he was thankful. But he knew the calme was only temporary, as that familiar aura creeped closer and closer to the battle scene.

May the Force be with me...

Silver Dread....

OOC:... Renegade... sorry honey!... [grins]... and thanks for the compliment darlin'... [blowin' you a kiss]... glad I saved you the effort however... [laughter]

IC:

Silver arrived to see the carnage. Storm troopers fallen... and still fighting. She looked up and saw... Drakon. Her face remained expressionless. Drakon.

The Storm troopers nearest her parted for her as they fielded the attack. Her gaze swept the area... quickly seeing who they were up against. Her focus didn't waver. Luke Skywalker... a young woman... harmless... Drakon... two others... with training. She approached.

"Silver..." her Master's voice.
"Luke is the force... without them they will crumble... you must eliminate him..."
"Yes M'Lord..." The connection was broken. She powered up her light sabre. One end for only for now. She slipped between the troopers and easily parried an attack by the girl. Silver's eyes narrowed as her attention was focused on the girl. The smiled on the girls face faded as Silver threw out her force testing her. She trembled falling to her knees. Silver smiled... then...

"NOOOO!!!" With a jerk she turned to see Drakon sabre in hand ready to attack her. Silver glanced quickly down at the girl... one strike and she would be dead... Drakon wanted to save HER? Her eyes narrowed behind her shades. This she could use. She kicked the girl viciously and sent her sprawling. As she suspected Drakon's attention was drawn away from her. Silver sliped away and confronted Luke.

"Skywalker..." her voice was warm... sweet... arresting. Luke turned to her and raised his sabre. "We meet at last Master Luke..." she bowed lightly... elegantly... her sabre also raised. She watched him... waiting... she sensed the others around her... occupied by the storm troopers. Luke was hers...

Luke thrust out first and Silver felt the power behind his attack. She paried and stepped lightly... like a dancer she circled forcing him to follow her. The sparks flew harshly as they fought. She felt him waver slightly and thrust viciously catching the side of his arm. He didn't flinch... this she admired. Her mind was completely clear... she was intensely focused... and they were on her turf... she didn't need to look where they were going... she knew. Luke attacked again and again she paried. Her focus narrowed... was that a weakness she detected?

Darth Mask

Darth Mask concentrated on Luke Skywalker as he did his best to cloud Luke's mind while he battled Silver Dread. Silver Dread was talented but Darth Masks attack on Skywalkers mind would guarantee her the victory. It was working as Luke showed an uncharacteristic recklessness in his attack. This would help Silver Dread finish Skywalker.

OOC:... no worries hon'... [smiles]... am i keeping you awake?... [mischievious grin]... oooh... feel so naughty... [winks]
i assume i'm suppossed to kill him then right?... COOOOOL!

IC:...

Silver sees the opening. She hones in on it... her sabre flashing. She moves in quickly and is very close... she stares into his eyes. She watches them widen in shock as he feels her sabre slide in between his ribs. She cocks her head to the side and smiles at him. He reaches out and clutches her shades removing them. Her smiling face doesn't flicker as she watches and feels the life spilling out of him. Her deep blue eyes watch every flicker that crosses his face as he slowly dies.

From afar... it would seem they were in an embrace so close were they. Luke's sabre clatters to the floor as his hand can no longer hold it.

His voice croaks out his final words to his slayer...

Luke Skywalker

Luke looks up at Silver Dread as he gasps out to her "You may have stopped me but there is still another. Good will always prevail in the end." With that the mighty Jedi Master closed his eyes and let himself succumb to the almost welcoming caress of death.

OOC:... sorry... i wasn't suppossed to kill him?... ooops!... he can be still alive if ya really want him to be... but... i have to kill or severely injure someone or i'm not a very good baddie am i... [ggls]
anyway... seems you happy enough to have one less character to worry about... [grins]..

OOC:... coool... Silver Dread kicks ass!... [lol]

IC:... Silver looks dispationately at the fallen Jedi Knight. She hears the cries of his followers as they sense him falling. His protection no longer theirs. She smiles serenely at them as they attempt to avenge him. Their emotions getting the better of them all. She sighs and leans forward to pick up her shades... her cleavage clear from that angle. With feminine style she slips her shades back on covering her eyes.

The storm troopers are slowly gaining the advantage now that their leader has fallen.

"Excellent my pet... you have pleased me... try and capture them alive..."
"Yes M'Lord... if they resist?"
"Then eliminate them..."
"Yes M'Lord..."

Silver Dread approaches Drakon. "Drakon."
He spins around after dispatching another storm trooper.
Her voice causing him to pause. The heat of battle fading as her voice carresses him.
"Do you want your friends to die? Such a waste... I was your friend once... I will make sure they survive Drakon... there is no need for them to all perish..."
He seems to falter... but his eyes harden defiantly. She smiles... a familiar smile. She removes her own shades and he is confronted by her blue eyes.
"It has been so long Drakon... do you detest me so much? Am I so different from how you remember me?"
Her eyes beguile him. He cannot control the memories.

Tawain, Sha'ara and Kat all attack frantically as the storm troopers intensify their attack. Kat come close and Silver is quick to take advantage. Drakon realises too late his mistake in pausing. Silver's double ended sabre glows menacingly and soon she stands over Kat her sabre dangerously close to the girl's throat. Silver's booted knee presses against the girl's chest. Silver looks up at Drakon... he recognises that look on her face... she will kill Kat... and not blink an eye if he doesn't allow himself to be captured.

OCC: Geez...In half a day I'm taken into battle, get my ass kicked (but I'm not down for long!) and Luke gets his candle snuffed!! I have GOT to find a way to keep up better.... ;)

KAT FIGHT!!!

Feeling the pressure of Silver's knee on my chest makes me lay motionless. I look up into her cold steely eyes, her light sabre at my neck. My mind is so full of hate, I cannot think of anything else. Then, as if he were right next to me, I hear Luke. "Katrina...focus on the good...let the force be with you..." And with those words, I become strong, a force to be reakoned with. Silver looks away, watching Drakon's reaction. She is merely using me as a pawn to get to him.

In an instant, I grab her knee, twist it and pull her down to the floor. Her body smacking on the floor like a thin piece of lumber. If it weren't for her powerful thoughts, I could easliy take her. My strong, tightly packed, athletic body with powerful legs and upper body (from all the rock climbing) would make her no match for me.

Her light sabre falls to the floor just inches away from us. She hisses, spits and growls like a cat in a fight. I summon the light sabre and remarkably it flies to my hand. I roll on top of her, straddling her, almost crushing her with my strong thighs. I hold the beam to her ear, the hum resonating so very close to her. I sit atop of her, staring right into her. I feel her thoughts trying to get into my head, but I am able to fight them, causing her obvious frustration.

"I would kill you if I could...but perhaps I'll leave that for my friend Drakon here." I say as I hold her pinned with my thoughts. She spits at me.

Then another voice, so evil and cold, echoes in my head. "Kill her Katrina...take her head as a trophy...let your hate flow. Remember your parents...remember all those who suffered and how you couldn't do anything to help them." The words spin around in my head... Silver sees the contempt in my eyes and starts a slow grin.

"NO!! You are done torturing and tormenting! I will not allow you to control me!" Drakon comes closer, knowing that I am no longer talking to the evil entity under me. Not taking my eyes from her, I say to him, "Drakon, you are in great danger here...you cannot stay!" I want to kill her; I want her to pay for my parents, for the other innocent people and for Luke.

"Katrina...don't let you thoughts waiver. Remain in the light. It is easy to falter and let the evil within you take over. Don't let it win your soul." Luke's voice calms me.

I heed his words but still feel the need to release my anger. I see her glasses on the floor and with great ease I send them through the air. They shatter against the steel wall and the pieces fall to the ground. "What do you need glasses for if you're not out in the sun?? And ya know..you could use a little sun, you're looking awfully pastey!"

"What shall we do with her, Drakon?" Grinning at her, my eyes not blinking, letting her know that Luke may be dead, but he is not gone.

Tawain

ooc:
I am [most] schocked. You just let him die, not feeling anything at all about. GRR ;)
Um, it's going to be quite a loss for the plot. Though. Are you sure he shouldn't just be injured?

ic:
Tawain saw how Katrina fell to the ground he wondered wether he should try to reach her---but at that moment Drakon kneeled by her side.
Good.
Grasping his sabre firmly, Tawain turned and--DRAKON?!!
Tawain swiveled around. Indeed, there he was, all dressed in black helping the girl up with obvious concern before lounging into battle again.
That on'es definitely getting strange.
But there was no time for such thoughts now. Rushing forwards, he killed a Stormtrooper, thus preventing him from attacking Sha'ara from behind. It was the third time he did this for her, bt still not equalling the five times she had done it for him.
Soon, however Tawain had enough problems of his own--the force was gone. Fighting without the force was difficult--especially when the enemy was equipped with laser blaster.
And then--Luke fell.
"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!"
Despair filled him, along with a strange sense of deja vu.
Hid despair turned to anger and he rushed forward to meet the Sith woman. Again and again his blue light sabre hit her red double blade.
Then, suddenly, he could feel the dark force, calling at him, tugging at his anger, feeding it.
Gasping, Tawain fell back, struggling, barely managing to force the anger out of him. And at the same time the force, which had bee there again, faded.
Immediately the Sith attacked him again, and it was all he could do to black the fast strokes. Soon, several wounds adorned his arms.
The force...I need the force..emotion, No! I will not get angry, I wil not" Not the Dark Side, sooner die. Yes. Sooner die...

Damn

You were faster than me. Forget that last post

Choices...

OOC: Luke is dead. A Dark Side chick and a Light Side chick are fighting for me. God. What is a Sith in rehab to do?! By the way, does anyone else hear the soundtrack in their head while writing?

IC: Drakon stared deep at Kat. "Give me her saber and let her go", said Drakon, with that familiar stone face.

"You can't be serious", said Kat, for the first time feeling uncomfortable in his cloud of thought.

Drakon was dead serious. raised his saber to her and asked again: "Give me her saber, and let her go."

The saber floated out of Kat's hand and into Drakon's. Slowly, not wanting to be cut by Drakon, Kat stood.

"Stop it!" she commanded, "I can feel the good in you Drakon! You don't have to do this!" It was no use.

Drakon was silent. His mind pleaded Please go, Kat. Don't worry about me, just go. And Kat moved aside, slowly returning to battle. She knew it was pointless to raise a blaster to one as powerful as Silver.

"May the Force be with you", she said, blowing a kiss through teary eyes. She could feel the terrible pain he was in. It made her ache.

For Silver, on the other hand, the pain was a delight. "Finally came to your senses, I see. There is good in you! How did that get there? Was it her? Sickening!"

She walked towards him sexily, but he held her back with his saber. "Not one step closer."

Silver smiled, using the Force to conjure up memories of them making love.

"That...was a long time ago."

"But it seems like only yesterday. Come now, Drakon. You know you don't care for that girl. You know the real reason you got her off me." Silver's eyes reflected the red light of Drakon's saber. "You don't want to kill me, do you? And risk losing yourself to the Dark Side?"

"And if I don't, you kill me. Out of fear for what this new Sith Lord may do. The Dark Side is a fraud, Silver. Skywalker was Vader's own son."

The news was a bit of a shock to her, but useless, ultimately. "The power of the Dark Side is no fraud. Because of it, I was able to slay the great Luke Skywalker."

"He...is not gone."

"Do you really believe such a fable? That the spirits of the dead communicate with the living?"

Part of the Force was faith. Drakon had no faith. Thus, no spirit could reach him. Silver knew this.

"You won't kill me", she said dangerously moving closer to the saber, making Drakon jerk it back, at which point she floated hers from him back to her.

"Now then. Isn't this just tragic?!" said Silver theatrically, "Should you kill your first love? Or escape and allow another to kill her? Or will you join her in the Dark Side? Or die by her saber? What a predicament for you!"

She swung her saber at him, and he blocked making a crackling noise as the sabers clashed. Drakon's tears were flowing. He did not want either of his friends to die. Fate carves our paths before we ever walk them. There is no such thing as free will.

Anger leads to hate. Drakon hated uncontrollable Fate for destroying his life. He hated the Force.

He swung back twice at his beloved, the first low, making her leap out of the way. The second high, making her block and counterstrike so quickly that her saber grazed Drakon's thigh. He grunted in pain.

"You've lost your edge, Drakon!" she said swinging again.

Drakon blocked, "You've lost your soul. I hardly recognize you. Where is the woman that I once loved? Is she gone?"

In the heat of the sabers, Silver replied, "Not gone, beloved. Improved. But soon your entire pathetic troop of friends will be gone!"

Drakon looked back instinctively, but it was a mistake, and he knew it just after it was made. Silver kicked his stomach, knocking the wind out of him, and he fell to the ground. His saber rolled away, and Silver pointed hers at his chin.

"I should have killed yo -"

"Shh", said Silver placing a finger to her lip. "Silence, my love. Don't worry your pretty little head over that", she continued patting his head. "I will make it all worth your while."

Drakon knew what that meant, and the cold, lonely part of him desired to return to her more than anything, but was he willing to pay the price? He also knew that the cadets needed Zen to lead them if they wished to survive this battle as more than martyrs.

"And what of my friends? Will they be spared? Call off the Troopers. Let them fly away."

"If I do?", asked Silver, raising an eyebrow.

Drakon's silence as he stared into her eyes told her everything...

Conflict

OOC: just modify the post Lightman. Maybe Kat grabbed her after you were knocked down.

Death

Also, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gonn died didn't they? This is just another one of our darkest hours...

A new hope...

I won't be upset if Zen takes over. He definitely seems most capable. And also, Leia is still alive, too.
