This was the best answer so far. But I have to say I am amazed at how weak people want the government to fix all their problems. I fuck a lot and have never had any STD. So, what do I know that all these poor people that need the government to coddle them don't know? Also, should a government agency not only provide condoms but install them because it is too technical for the average citizen?
