So my wife and the silicone top, stay-up thigh highs really don't get along well. With her always being on the cusp of small and medium sizes, one tends to be either too small or too large. And my wife works out and has toned but muscular legs, just not super skinny thighs, which may contribute to the problem.

So, any ladies that wear stockings have any go-to sites or stores (US) for the old-fashioned kind with the garter and clips? Specifically the panty hose that go with them that don't have the constricting silicon tops? TIA
