We should cut Darcy a break. He's just a bit testy. After the gazebo scene he just has a case of blue balls. Wood knows how it feels ;)

I think somebody needs to rumple some sheets before the night is out :p I know we shall all do our best.

Though, I also had that thought when reading the character post. Quite the interesting little sub-plot there, with the tutor and all. Waiting patiently for THAT one to play itself out in the thread. :cool:

This started out as a very promising thread, but her lack of participation and concern, while she is posting elsewhere every day, makes one wonder. I may no write as well as some of you. But I am responsible to the thread as most of you are.
 
All threads have their ebb and flow. Those with a large cast sometimes require a hiatus or two while the imaginary clock ticks. A little patience might be in order. With my schedule, a post every day or so is the most I can do, for those who have more time to write, perhaps exercise on another thread might help pass the time till it's right here to post again.
 
12 hour shift four days ago, 18 hour shift the day before yesterday, 16 hour shift yesterday, 12 hour shift tonight. Cut me some slack, I tried to work into a spot where nobody would need me to progress their rp until this workweek from hell is over with.

As for posting elsewhere, it is a lot easier to make a comment or two on a non-rp thread than it is to sit down and write something, if that explains my apparant lack of concern. If I truly had no concern for this thread I wouldn't have drudged it up after three years.

I just don't have the mental stamina to do this thread justice (or keep up with the rp) when I'm working like this.

Yes I am still with you. I came down with Pneumonia this week and just thursday was able to actually get out of bed. I am back and you can expect regular posts from me again.
 
Miss Victoria, my character is the only one hinging on a post by you, and I was busy too, take all the time you need, you aren't bothering me, My own posts will be infrequent this weektake care, and hang in there
 
Miss Victoria, all I can say is...ouch! That is a nightmare schedule, hope it ends soon and you can relax!!

So glad you're better! I haven't been sick like that in ages! Glad to see you're still with us - certainly looking forward to our scene and writing together! The thread's slower movement lately has made it so that you're not horribly late and our scene will still fit in I think. ;)


And MissVictoria - gosh! I can't imagine having to work like that! LOL (Out of the house. The kiddos keep me pretty busy personally. ;) ) Hope your schedule eases up soon - too much of that stuff is hard on a body!! Here's a rose for luck. :rose:

YAYness. Thread movement. ;) (And I was initially worried about my own infrequent posting. Glad to see the steady pace here, even if it is a bit slower than some threads. Shows we all have lives. LOL)

Thank you! Yeah it has been a horrible sickness. Glad to be back. I must say I am looking forward to the scene as well.
